Conference Room Rates
Haven33 can provide conference and special event facilities for community eduction, workshops, group activities and more. If you would like to inspect the facilities please get in contact with us to arrange a viewing.
Conference Room Access Only
Use of our conference area is charged at $15.00 per person. This includes 6 hours of event hire with an additional 4 hours for set up/pack up time. So thats 10 hours in total. The minimum charge we ask is $500 per booking. In the case that your activity runs over time, we ask for $100 per hour in addition to the base fee.
Cleaning our conference room takes a lot of time so we ask for $100 on top of your final charge to attend to all the cleaning and restocking of consumables used.
In order to ensure your booking runs smoothly and so that you can be properly supported, a staff member from Haven33 will be in attendance. This is charged at $150.
Conference Room Plus Suites
If you require access to the themed suits we ask for minimum charge of $750. There may be a requirement for an approved safety supervisor which is charged at $200 for the booking.
A photographer can be provided along with a canteen operator to access Coffee, Tea, Snacks and Soft Drinks. These options may come at additional charge.
Not For Profit - Community Charges
In order to support out NFP and Community Organisations, we do not require a minimum charge but we do ask for $10.00 per person to cover our costs. Cleaning may attract an additional feet $100 or your opt to self clean,
Full payment is required on the day of booking. Any breakages will be invoiced and will require payment within 14 days. People on the premises agree to our Polices and Procedures. Number33 Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclude people for any non compliance.
